Execution authority comes from the configured underwriter's EIP-712 signature; the contract verifies that signer, invoice-bound hashes, terms, freshness, expiry, and immutable ceilings, but does not independently attest remote model execution. The settled pilot publishes its sanitized raw provider-response envelope and full commitment preimage. The separate receipt-bound refusal publishes hashes and its structured decision only. Wallet signatures are not published, and provider provenance is not independently authenticated.
